CLB 7+ with post-secondary degree or diploma
Language + Canadian Work Experience
CLB 7+ with 1+ years Canadian work experience

How Transferability Works
The CRS awards additional points when you have a strong combination of language ability (CLB 7+) with other human capital factors. For example, CLB 9 + a Master's degree can earn you 25 transferability points on top of your base language score. These bonuses stack — you can earn up to 25 points each from education, Canadian work experience, and trade certificates, for a maximum transferability bonus of 100 points.
