Payment Methods
CELPIP test registration is completed entirely online through the official CELPIP website. Payment is collected at the time of booking.
Credit Card
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted for online registration. This is the most common payment method. Your card is charged immediately when you confirm your booking.
Debit Card
Visa Debit and Debit Mastercard are accepted if the card supports online transactions. Standard bank-issued debit cards without a Visa or Mastercard logo may not work for online registration.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Here is what happens to your fee if you need to reschedule or cancel your CELPIP test appointment.
Rescheduling (7+ days before test date)
You can change your test date for a $50 CAD rescheduling fee, provided you request the change at least 7 days before your original appointment. The new date is subject to seat availability at your preferred location. You can reschedule through your CELPIP online account.
Cancellation (7+ days before test date)
If you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled test, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The exact refund amount depends on Paragon Testing's current policy and may vary. Cancellation requests are processed through your CELPIP online account.
Within 7 days or no-show
No rescheduling or cancellation is permitted within 7 days of the test date. If you do not appear for your scheduled test, the entire fee is forfeited with no refund. This applies regardless of the reason for absence, including illness or travel disruptions. We strongly recommend booking only when you are confident about the date.
